Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have stage III nasopharyngeal cancer (not T3N0).
- You have no bad features in your lymph nodes (like central necrosis, invasion, or fusion).
- You must have received 3 cycles of induction chemo with GP plus Camrelizumab.
- Your EBV DNA in blood must be negative after the second cycle of chemo.
- You are in complete remission (tumor gone) on MRI after 27 radiation fractions.
