- You speak and read Brazilian Portuguese well enough to follow the program
- You have insomnia symptoms, based on an insomnia symptom questionnaire score (ISI)
- You have an Android smartphone or tablet with internet access
- You have not done CBT-i before
- In the past 3 months, you have not used sleeping pills or other insomnia treatments on 2 or more days per week
