- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with insomnia by a doctor
- You have an iPhone with iOS 18 or newer and internet access
- You speak and understand German well enough to use an app and give feedback
- You have a score of 15 or higher on a standard sleep questionnaire (Insomnia Severity Index)
