Who can take part
- Age 18 to 50, and you must be a woman who is not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Your sleep questionnaires must match primary insomnia (you need 2 out of 3 scores: ISI ≥15, PSQI ≥6, ESS ≥11)
- No metal in or near your body that could be unsafe for MRI/TMS (like pacemakers, metal implants, certain tattoos/metal fragments)
- No sleep-breathing problems like sleep apnea (for example, you likely can’t screen positive for it)
- No major heart, brain, seizure, or lung problems, and you can’t have had depression/anxiety within the past 2 years
