Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with insomnia (trouble falling or staying asleep).
- You are willing to fill out questionnaires about your sleep habits.

- You do not have other sleep disorders like sleep apnea, restless legs, or a condition where you act out dreams.

- You do not drink alcohol regularly or abuse alcohol, and you have not had any late nights or alcohol in the last 2 weeks.
