Who can take part

  • You can give informed consent and understand study steps
  • You are age 22 to 75 and have a confirmed OCD diagnosis
  • Your OCD has been present for at least 5 years and is severe or extreme
  • You have tried at least two SSRI antidepressants (or clomipramine) plus added medications for OCD, and it did not help
  • You have also tried exposure-and-response prevention therapy and, if available, TMS for OCD without enough benefit
