Who can take part
- You are 65 years old or older.
- You are currently hospitalized, and your hospital stay is expected to be under 48 hours.
- You can take part in the study and receive the assigned interventions.
- You do not have cancer diagnosed or treated within the last 5 years.
- You do not have delirium (sudden confusion), and you can understand and sign consent.
- You do not have neurological diseases, including nerve/muscle disorders that affect movement; and you don’t have a condition that prevents you from reading/signing consent.
