Who can take part

  • You (the main person in the study) have a definite or probable Alzheimer’s diagnosis, or a related condition like frontotemporal dementia or Lewy body dementia
  • You have a living sibling who has probable/possible Alzheimer’s (or the study may include some rare cases of frontotemporal or Lewy body dementia without an affected sibling)
  • There is at least one other living relative affected by Alzheimer’s at age 50+ or unaffected at age 60+
  • An identified close family member will act as an informant and share observations about your symptoms
  • You can consent yourself, or if you can’t, a legally allowed person (surrogate/proxy/next of kin) can consent for you
