  • You must be 30 years old or younger.
  • You have a blood cancer or bone marrow disease that has not responded well to standard treatment or has come back.
  • You need a family member who is at least half-matched to you for transplant.
  • Your heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs must be working well enough.
  • You must be free of active infections and not have a history of other cancers.
