  • You have a diagnosis of dementia (not mild cognitive impairment)
  • You have a dependable, fixed caregiver who stays involved
  • You can attend follow-up visits regularly
  • You can do memory/thinking tests and hearing/vision problems won’t block testing

  • Your doctor does not expect your life to be shorter than 2 years
