Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (age 18 or older).
  • Your neck problem involves a slipped/herniated disc or disc wear that causes nerve pain, numbness, weakness, or narrowing in the spinal canal/foramens.
  • You have had neck/arm pain or related function/nerve problems tied to the specific neck level being treated.
  • You had no neck surgery for this problem within the last 6 weeks before the implant.
  • Your non-surgical treatments (medicines/therapy, etc.) didn’t help within the last 6 weeks.
  • You’re able and willing to fully participate and sign informed consent.
