Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older and able to sign consent
- You must not have taken talazoparib or any other PARP inhibitor before
- You must not have taken selinexor before
- Your cancer must be measurable on scans, and you should be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1)
- Your blood counts and organ function (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) must be strong enough for treatment
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use effective birth control if able to become pregnant
