Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your blood cancer has TP53 gene mutations confirmed by genetic testing
- Your diagnosis is one of these types: MDS (myelodysplastic syndrome), AML (acute myeloid leukemia), MPN (myeloproliferative neoplasm), or MDS/MPN, with specific blast counts or genetic features
- Your liver and kidney function are relatively preserved (measured by bilirubin, ALT, and AST blood tests)
- Your overall health status allows you to tolerate treatment (ECOG score of 2 or better)
- You do not have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C, and you do not have uncontrolled heart disease
