Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed by biopsy with non-keratinizing nasopharyngeal cancer.
- Your cancer is locally advanced (T3–T4) with no distant spread, and lymph nodes are N0–N1.
- You have not had any anti-cancer treatment yet for this cancer.
- Your overall health is good enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidneys are working well enough for treatment.
