Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- Your cancer has been confirmed as non-keratinizing nasopharyngeal carcinoma by biopsy
- Your cancer is locally advanced (T3–T4 and N0–N2/N3 as defined by staging) and has not spread to distant organs
- You have not had any anti-cancer treatment before starting this trial
- Your overall health is good enough (ECOG 0–1) and your blood, liver, and kidney tests are adequate
- The treatment is not being used for symptom relief only (not “palliative”)
