Who can take part

  • You have a new, confirmed diagnosis of stage T3N1M0 nasopharyngeal cancer (no cancer treatment yet).
  • You are age 18 to 70.
  • You have at least one “high-risk” feature, like larger or multiple lymph nodes, certain MRI/PET-CT findings, or a high EBV-DNA blood test.
  • Your general health score is 0 or 1 (you’re able to carry out normal activities with little or no limits).
  • Your blood and liver/kidney tests are high enough (meeting specific lab cutoffs) for safe treatment.
  • You can sign consent and follow all study visits and tests.
