Who can take part
- You have Lennox-Gastaut syndrome with more than one seizure type, including atonic or tonic seizures
- You are age 4 to 55 now, and LGS started before age 11
- During the 4 weeks before starting, you had at least 2 drop seizures that could cause falling, and enough of them happened in each half of that period
- You take 1 to 4 seizure medicines at a steady dose for at least 4 weeks before starting (diet changes don’t count as seizure medicines)
- Your seizure, diet (if used), and any brain stimulation settings are stable for 4 weeks before starting
- You (or your caregiver) can accurately record seizures in a diary and follow birth control rules if pregnancy is possible
