Who can take part

  • You (or your child) have a confirmed diagnosis of Fabry disease by a gene change and/or low alpha-galactosidase A level
  • You have Fabry symptoms, as decided by the study doctor
  • You have never received Replagal before
  • You can sign consent (or a parent/guardian can) and follow all study visits and procedures
  • If you can become pregnant: you have a negative pregnancy test and use two approved birth-control methods during the study
  • If you are a sexually active non-sterilized male: you agree to use condoms during the study
