Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You have certain brain tumor types confirmed (glioblastoma, anaplastic astrocytoma, or gliosarcoma) or meet the “new malignant glioma” imaging/surgery plan for the later cohorts.
- For recurrent cases, you must have had brain radiation before, and (if you could) temozolomide chemotherapy, with treatments finished several weeks before starting this study.
- You must be able to undergo surgery/resection because the tumor should be removable by surgery.
- You must be well enough for treatment (Karnofsky score of 70% or higher) and have an expected survival longer than 4 weeks.
- You must use effective birth control and not be pregnant or breastfeeding; pregnancy testing is required if you can get pregnant.
