Who can take part

  • You have locally advanced cutaneous squamous cell skin cancer that is hard to remove or not removable
  • Your cancer is limited to 1–3 metastatic spots (oligometastatic), and you’re receiving treatment to the main tumor area
  • You have measurable tumor areas that are larger than 10 mm on a scan or exam
  • You’re 18 or older, and you can carry out daily activities pretty well (ECOG 0–1)
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (kidney, liver, bilirubin, albumin) are good enough for immunotherapy and radiation
  • You can commit to treatment visits and follow-up for the study
