Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to sign consent forms
- Have pancreatic cancer confirmed under a microscope (biopsy or body-fluid test)
- Have stage 4 metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma with at least one measurable spot on scans
- Your tumor test must show one of these: low “TMB” threshold (TMB >4 mutations per megabase), or a mismatch-repair change (dMMR), or MSI-H (an instability marker)
- Have had 0 to 1 prior chemotherapy treatment for unresectable (stage 3 or 4) pancreatic cancer
- Be able to do treatment safely: good blood counts, liver and kidney test results, and be active enough (ECOG 0 or 1)
