This study tests a special training approach designed to calm overactive leg reflexes (spasticity) after spinal cord injury. If you qualify, you may do structured walking/reflex training to see whether your leg reflexes and movement improve.

Who can take part
- You have a stable spinal cord injury above the T11 level, and it happened at least 1 year ago
- You can walk at least 10 meters (about 33 feet) in 100 seconds or less, with or without a walking aid like a walker/cane/crutches
- You have signs of stiff, overactive calf/ankle muscles on at least one side, such as heightened response to Achilles tendon tapping
- You have medical and daily-function stability for at least the last 3 months and are cleared by a clinician to take part
- Your current spasticity medicines (like baclofen, diazepam, or tizanidine) should stay the same during the training period, or changes are unlikely
- You are able to do lower-leg testing and weight-bearing without an injury or problem that blocks it
