- You are between 18 and 39 years old when you register
- You have a confirmed primary cancer diagnosis within the last 12 weeks
- You are receiving, plan to receive, or have received cancer treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation)

- You can give consent and you have email and a texting-capable mobile phone
- Your cancer is not a recurrence, and it is not a second new primary cancer; not basal cell skin cancer
