Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your spinal cord injury is between neck and upper back (C2 to T6) and happened at least a year ago.
  • You have a significant drop in blood pressure when sitting up or standing, even with current treatments.
  • You have low blood pressure while seated (average systolic 110 or below) and it causes symptoms like dizziness.
  • You are willing to stop any blood pressure-lowering medications 30 days before the trial starts.
