Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can sign consent forms
- You have heart failure symptoms in NYHA class II or III (not class IV)
- Your heart’s pumping strength is mostly preserved (left ventricular ejection fraction over 50%)
- Your blood test shows heart-failure signals are elevated (BNP over 200 pg/mL or NT-proBNP over 400 pg/mL)
- You have not previously had a pumping strength under 50%
