Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease (ILD).
- Your cough has lasted at least 3 months.
- You have been on a stable ILD treatment plan for 3 months (like steroids, immunosuppressors, or antifibrotic pills).
- Your cough severity score at screening is at least 40 mm on a cough rating scale.
- You do not currently smoke, and you quit smoking at least 12 months ago (if you ever smoked).
- If you can become pregnant (or have a partner who can), you must use 2 forms of birth control and avoid pregnancy during the study and afterward as instructed.
