Who can take part
- You are between 3 and 70 years old
- You had your first donor stem cell transplant and then developed graft failure within 60 days
- Your general health is good enough for transplant (ECOG 0 to 2) and infections are not severe or uncontrolled
- Your body can handle chemotherapy (blood tests: liver enzymes and bilirubin not too high; kidney function creatinine clearance at least 30 mL/min)
- A half-matched donor is available (parent, child, brother/sister, or cousin)
- Blood tests show no donor-specific antibodies (DSA) at or above MFI 1500
