Cell therapy trial for hard-to-control one-sided temporal lobe epilepsy

Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 75 years old
  • Your epilepsy involves focal seizures starting on one side of the mesial temporal lobe (hippocampus)
  • You’ve tried at least 2 appropriate seizure medicines and still don’t have good control
  • Your seizure medicine doses have been stable for at least 1 month
  • Imaging tests show your seizure focus is only inside one hippocampus (single-sided)
  • You have frequent seizures (Phase 3: at least 2 disabling seizures per 28 days on both past and short pre-treatment monitoring)
