Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have had at least 4 focal seizures per month for the last 6 months, and at least 2 of these seizures caused observable symptoms.
  • Your seizures come from both the right and left hippocampus (part of the brain's temporal lobe), confirmed by EEG or brain scans.
  • You have tried at least 2 anti-seizure medicines that didn't work well enough.
  • Your current seizure medicines and doses have been stable for at least 3 months.
