  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of CTEPH (a blood-clotting problem in lung arteries)
  • You are not a candidate for PTE surgery
  • Your specialist says BPA is possible for you based on your scan anatomy and disease severity
  • You have not started CTEPH/PAH-specific medicines before, and you plan to start them as part of the study
  • You can consent, follow the schedule, and complete study procedures (including MRI if required)
