Who can take part

  • You are at least 50 years old (men) or 55 years old (women)
  • Your LDL (bad cholesterol) is at least 70 mg/dL
  • You have stable coronary artery disease with evidence of limited heart blood flow on prior testing (scan, angiogram/CT, or high coronary calcium score)
  • If you take a statin, your dose has been the same for at least 3 months
  • You have not had a heart attack or stroke
  • You cannot currently use a PCSK-9 inhibitor (this drug) and must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
