Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and under 65 years old
  • Your heart disease risk score is above 7.5% (from a standard calculator using health info)
  • You can access and use a smartphone
  • You have not previously been diagnosed with coronary (heart) disease like a heart attack or needing stents or bypass surgery
  • You do not currently use high-intensity cholesterol medicines like certain high-dose statins or PCSK9 medicines
