Who can take part
- You are postmenopausal
- Your breast cancer is confirmed as ER-positive and HER2-negative, and is advanced or has spread
- You have tried standard treatments and either they failed or no standard options exist
- You can have limited prior chemo (no more than one chemo “line” for advanced disease) and your cancer progressed on hormone (endocrine) therapy
- You are well enough for study activities (ECOG 0–1) and likely live at least 3 months
- You can have measurable tumors for imaging, and you may need a tumor biopsy if you agree
