  • Be age 18 or older with AML confirmed by a biopsy/bone marrow test
  • Have AML that is refractory or relapsed after standard treatments that were expected to work
  • Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2)
  • Have blood tests showing liver and kidney function are strong enough for treatment
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding; use birth control if able to have a pregnancy or father a child
