Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and be able to give written informed consent
- Your aneurysm is in the thoracoabdominal or pararenal aorta and may include long-term (chronic) dissection
- Your vessel anatomy must require covering branches to the celiac artery, SMA, and/or kidney arteries to get a good seal zone
- Your doctor must be able to place the graft in both a safe upper (proximal) and lower (distal) artery landing area
- Your kidneys must be safe enough: baseline eGFR must be 30+ unless you are on dialysis (or starting dialysis)
- You must be able to physically undergo the procedure: adequate artery access (a temporary iliac conduit is allowed), able to keep at least one hypogastric artery open, and not be unable to walk
