Who can take part
- You had an autologous stem cell transplant within about 1 year of diagnosis and are enrolling about day 60 to 100 after transplant
- Your myeloma must have come back in a way that counts as at least a partial response after transplant
- Your myeloma must be high-risk, such as specific chromosome/gene changes or plasma cell leukemia at diagnosis (with ≥20% circulating plasma cells)
- Your general health score must be ECOG 2 or less
- Your blood counts and organ function must be adequate (enough neutrophils, hemoglobin, platelets, kidney and liver function)
