Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have confirmed multiple myeloma diagnosed by a doctor
- You have received at least 2 prior treatments for myeloma, including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent
- You have measurable disease (detectable myeloma proteins in blood or urine)
- You have not previously received belantamab mafodotin or other BCMA-targeting therapies
- Your organ function is adequate and you are in good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG performance status 0–2)
- You agree to use effective contraception and avoid pregnancy or fathering children during and after treatment
