Who can take part

  • You have sarcoma confirmed by biopsy, and it is either relapsed or refractory (not responding).
  • Your scans must show measurable tumor spots that can be measured at the start of the study.
  • Your body strength is fair-to-good (Karnofsky/Lansky score of 50 or higher).
  • Your blood counts and organs must work well enough (enough white cells and platelets, and liver/kidney tests within allowed limits).
  • You must be able to swallow the study pills (or take the sprinkled capsule contents with food), and you must be able to follow the study rules and consent process.
  • You must not drink alcohol during the study.
