Who can take part

  • Be able to donate a small amount of blood for testing
  • Plan to start an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (first dose)
  • Be 18 to 64 years old
  • Exercise regularly (at least 2 days per week, with one session 50+ minutes, or 3+ walks per week with one 50+ minutes)
  • Be able to safely do about 90 minutes of light-to-moderate exercise (walking or jogging)
  • Not be pregnant, and weigh at least 110 pounds
