Who can take part
- You agree to join the study in writing (informed consent)
- You are 18 years or older
- You have newly diagnosed stage 4 (metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can’t be cured with surgery or curative radiation
- Your tumor test shows EGFR, ALK, and ROS1 are wild-type (no matching mutations)
- Your general health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1)
- Your lung tumor can receive radiation in the study without needing urgent, purely pain/comfort radiation right away
