Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 85 years old (18–65 or 65–85 group)
  • Weigh under 250 pounds
  • You must be able to do the required mobility test: either squat-lift a 10 kg weight 10 times (younger group) or walk for 6 minutes (older group)
  • You must be able to walk for about 20 minutes if in the younger group
  • You cannot be pregnant, and you must not have certain nerve, bone, heart/vision/balance problems, or uncontrolled diabetes/high blood pressure
