Who can take part

  • You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has spread but hasn't progressed after 3–4 cycles of chemotherapy and immunotherapy (including pembrolizumab).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be biopsied during treatment, and one or more tumors that can be measured on scans.
  • Your general health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1) and estimated survival is over 6 months.
  • You are willing to undergo two tumor biopsies during the study and use effective birth control if applicable.
  • You have adequate blood counts, kidney and liver function, and no major heart problems or untreated brain metastases.
