Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with ME/CFS for more than six months (using official criteria).
- You do not have any active medical condition that could explain your fatigue, such as untreated thyroid disease, diabetes, iron deficiency, or autoimmune disorders.
- You have not taken any oral or IV antibiotics in the past month.
- You are not currently participating in another research study.
- You are not currently doing any mind-body therapy (like yoga, meditation, tai chi, or breathing exercises) and agree not to start any new treatments during the study.
