Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 75 years old.
- Your MRI shows narrowing (stenosis) in only one lower-back level (L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, or L5-S1), labeled as C or D.
- You have symptoms of lumbar stenosis, such as pain/weakness with walking that improves with rest (neurogenic claudication) and/or nerve pain down the leg (radiculopathy).
- Non-surgery treatments did not help after 3 months.
- You must be able and willing to sign consent and attend follow-up visits for up to 2 years.
