Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had back surgery (lumbar fusion) before and now have narrowing of the spinal canal in the vertebra next to the fusion.
- You have tried non-surgical treatments (like therapy or pain medication) for at least 6 weeks, but symptoms persist.
- An MRI shows the narrowing in the area next to your previous surgery.
- You do not have a curve in your spine greater than 10 degrees, loose screws, or a broken fusion, and you are not pregnant.
