Who can take part

  • You were diagnosed with a joint infection using standard MSIS criteria
  • You had the first operation with a spacer, then finished at least 6 weeks of antibiotics
  • Your doctors determined the infection was controlled, and you had the second (revision) surgery
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You agree to take part, can handle study visits/tests, and signed consent
  • You must have follow-up information available and be able to follow the study plan
