Who can take part

  • Be between 1 month and 39 years old at enrollment (at least 12 months old).
  • Have confirmed adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma based on pathology or characteristic cyst fluid plus brain imaging.
  • Have tumor areas doctors can measure (a “measurable” tumor).
  • Have stable neurologic symptoms for at least 7 days before starting, and be able to do daily activities to a certain level (Karnofsky/Lansky score).
  • Have recovered from prior treatments and be far enough out from the last radiation, chemotherapy/immunotherapy, antibody medicines, steroids, or surgery.
  • Have adequate blood counts and organ health (bone marrow, kidneys, liver, and heart rhythm/QT), and controlled seizures if you have them.
