Who can take part
- Be between 2 years old and under 25 years old at the time of enrollment
- Have a low-grade glioma diagnosis confirmed by tumor testing from your biopsy/surgery (central pathology review)
- Have a tumor change the study targets (called MAPK pathway activation, such as certain gene mutations/fusions) or have specific inherited gene changes
- Have measurable or evaluable tumor on scans (tumor can be progressing, or in some groups newly diagnosed, depending on the cohort)
- Have enough blood, liver, and kidney function for treatment and be well enough to continue daily activities (performance score requirement)
- Avoid certain eye, stomach/absorption, liver, lung, and heart rhythm problems (details checked by the study team)
