Who can take part

  • You are an adult (over 18 years old).
  • You have been diagnosed with spondyloarthritis using ASAS criteria.
  • Your disease is currently active (for example, painful inflammation in joints, tendon areas, or spine).
  • You can sign informed consent and agree to study procedures.
  • You do not have the study’s pregnancy/breastfeeding, refusal, or special legal/protection exclusions.
  • You are not using certain immune-suppressing situations (like prior multiple biologics or high-dose steroids).
