Who can take part
- You have an implanted DBS system that uses a Boston Scientific Gevia or Genus R16 brain-stimulator (IPG).
- Your DBS leads/extensions are compatible with those Gevia/Genus devices (FDA-approved with them).
- You take carbidopa/levodopa and/or a dopamine agonist at steady doses set by your movement specialist.
- Your DBS settings have been stable for at least 28 days and your movement symptoms improved when DBS was optimized.
- You must be able to understand the study and sign consent, and you can attend all required visits and tests.
